Dear valued customer,
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and that's why we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. To initiate a return, please contact us at RagingKitchen@gmail.com with your order details, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the item being returned must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require proof of purchase or receipt to process the return. Items returned without proper authorization will not be accepted.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make things right.
While we do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, or hazardous materials, we will make every effort to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about your specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a separate order for the new item. This will ensure that you receive the new item as soon as possible.
If you are shipping your item to the European Union, please be aware of the 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
